XKTD`s terms of price, payment and shipment?
Currently, XKTD accepts telegraphic transfer (T/T), FOB, C&F, CIF Shenzhen and shipment via couriers and forwarders. If you prefer L/C, credit card payment, online payment and some other terms, it is welcome.

Customs and Exports
XKTD has the duty to perform the activities of custom clearance and documents submission to its receiver both in written and electronic version at the sight of package dispatched, in addition, XKTD should be active in communicating with local custom in case that the package is stuck to custom for any other reasons. In the terms of FOB Shenzhen, XKTD will not be on duty for additional package insurance while should be at buyers` side, except the situation of CIF terms that depends on the prior negotiation before placing orders.

Shipment Charges and Billing
XKTD`s shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight. The price of each package will be discussed with customers once receiving orders. Only under the circumstances that buyers agree to the terms of freight collected that shall we give shipment charges up. XKTD is responsible for any procedures and steps until custom clearance completed finished. Should any losses, delay, damage to the shipment are not at XKTD`s duty as these factors are considered as uncontrollable. Shipment will be delivered to the address written in customers` purchase order unless otherwise noted prior to shipment date.

Circumstances Beyond XKTD`s Control
XKTD is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond its control. These include but not limited to “Act of God”, e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog; “Force Majeure”, e.g. war, plane crash or embargo

Shipping & Delivery
All batteries are shipped from XKTD. The shipping carriers we use depend on prior discussion or instruction. Usually we provide the service of couriers as DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, and EMS. Only the situation that customer would like to assign an appointed forwarder or courier and provide full contact details shall XKTD follow these instructions per items.

Shipping Policy
The shipment ONLY can be released after full payment of the orders cleared except that special terms of payment. If plenty of inventory for customers` requirements, products can be sent out immediately once we receive the payment while for bulk orders shipment shall be referred to the sales contract or proforma invoice drawn by XKTD

Return & Exchange
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges if return products to us due to customers` liability of placing wrong orders. Under no circumstances that XKTD would accept any returns and exchange until the products are approved quality issues by XKTD`s inspectors.
